We all know that conventions are just excuses to get out of the office and use that company credit card to foot a bar tab. Conventions in Las Vegas are a completely different beast, though. Yeah, there’s going to be some “useful information” for you to bring back to your supervisor, but these Las Vegas conventions literally and metaphorically have pyro, scantily clad promo models and interactive displays that’ll blow the pants off the portfolio-presenting competition. Let’s be honest, if you’re just looking for information, sit down and Google it like an adult. But if you want some inspiration, some flare and maybe a little somethin’ extra, nothing beats a Las Vegas convention. This is where all of our deer hunting, fly fishin’ and firearm shootin’ brethren gather to learn about the latest compliance regulations, safety tips and all-around outdoors advice. We’re new to the hunting world, and apparently there’s more to landing a 7 point buck than just dowsing yourself in deer urine. Who knew?
