The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a website in your country.

Best Price Guarantee claims for hotel purchases must be made within the hotel’s cancellation window. Best Price Guarantee claims for all other products must be made within twenty-four (24) hours after your Vegas.com booking. Our customer service agents must be able to verify the lower rate when you contact us.

The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact product matches. For example, the specific hotel (including room type and rate plan), show, attraction or event ticket type, applicable refund policy and the exact same dates and times of travel or service must be as booked through Vegas.com and visible prior to purchase on the alternate website.

Air + Hotel package bookings which include Spirit Airlines are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

All requests are subject to verification by Vegas.com. Vegas.com will not accept screenshots, email offers or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Vegas.com personnel on the alternate website. Nor will Vegas.com verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

Verified requests will receive a credit for the difference in price to the credit card used for the booking.
