Nobu at Caesars Palace or Hard Rock Hotel

World-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s first Las Vegas location, at the Hard Rock Hotel, was so popular, he opened a second location at Caesars Palace in 2013, and it’s the world’s largest Nobu. While the menu is packed with delicious Japanese fare, if it’s sushi you’re searching for, grab a seat at the sushi bar and prepare yourself for a feast. Michelin-awarded Chef Akira Back’s Kumi wows with modern Japanese food with Korean-American touches, and it’s best experienced family-style. Start with shared appetizer plates like tuna tataki or kobe beef tacos, then move on to the main event: sushi that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We love the hot mess roll, which is crab, avocado, sashimi poke, and Screaming O Sauce. And in tribute to Bond movies, the 007 Octopussy roll is a combination of crab salad, spicy octopus, and crispy potatoes.
